I can do both cowsay and fortune as a ‘user’ but not as ‘root’. Both were installed via root apt-get install cowsay fortune

But when trying either cmd as root I get:
-bash: cowsay: command not found
-bash: fortune: command not found

any ideas?

PS: this requires root level access
